I am a Board Certified specialist in Estate Planning & Probate Law, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have been a practicing attorney in San Antonio since 1995. In 2007, I opened a solo practice, which has grown to include two additional lawyers. We help people make plans for the possibilities of death or incapacity, using Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives. We counsel people and institutions that have been appointed as Executors or Trustees. We counsel people who are the beneficiaries of Estates or Trusts. We go to Court with our clients to resolve Estate and Trust matters. We operate in a professional, drama-free environment and take pride in providing solutions that give our clients peace of mind.
