Mr. Richmond concentrates his practice in civil litigation in state and federal courts, with a strong emphasis on construction law issues, and complex business matters. Mr. Richmond also has ample experience handling matters in various ADR forums, including but not limited to, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, FINRA, and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Mr. Richmond is also a Certified Mediator.
