Ivan Sperber represents clients in real estate and corporate transactions, including real estate conveyance, leasing and financing transactions, as well as corporate formations, dissolutions and asset purchase agreements.  Additionally, Mr. Sperber assists clients with estate planning and estate administration, including the preparation of wills, trusts, estate tax returns and asset transfers.  Mr. Sperber joined the firm in 2014 with prior experience in real estate law and estate planning.
