As the founding member of Penichet & Alberga LLP, Mr. Penichet, along with his legal team, have over 100 years of collective experience and have consistently helped clients achieve the best possible results.. Mr. Penichet is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section as well as the Westchester County Bar Association, Family Law Section. He was judicially appointed as a member of the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District in the State of New York for the years 1998 through 2006.
