I am a partner with the law firm of Foulston Siefkin LLP.  I received mys B.S. degree from Wichita State University in 1982 and J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985 where I was Order of the Coif and an editor for the Kansas Law Review. my practice emphasizes business and commercial litigation.  I have represented clients in a wide variety of contract disputes, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy, UCC litigation, products liability, construction disputes, accounting malpractice, oil and gas measurement, property tax valuations, and cattle and feedlot related disputes. I also serve as General Counsel for Foulston Siefkin and Chair of the firm’s internal ethics committee.  I have also been a member of the Wichita Bar Association Ethics and Grievance Committee since 1996 and has chaired that committee since July 2008.

Edward J. Nazar has been a member of the Kansas Bar Association since 1978. Mr. Nazar is a graduate of Boston College and Washburn University law School. He has been a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas since 1981and a Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Trustee since 1986. More recently Mr. Nazar has been appointed a Receiver in both the state and federal court systems. He also represents regional and national banks in Kansas in creditors’ rights actions in state and federal court.. Mr. Nazar is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Bankruptcy for 2001- 2005, and a member of the Board of Directors of the American College of Bankruptcy Foundation for 2005 – 2008. He is currently President of the Kansas Bar Foundation.. In addition to his Trustee and Receiver duties, Mr. Nazar represents creditors and individuals in bankruptcy, insolvency, foreclosure restructure and reorganization. He is a former member of the Kansas Governor’s Commission on Tax Equity, the Kansas Racing Commission and the University of Kansas Hospital Authority Board.

Dana received her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Kansas and her J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.  After law school, she worked with a large Wichita law firm before opening her own practice 1994.. Bailey Schmiedeler was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2018 where she majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy. While at K-State, Bailey served as the Assistant Attorney General of the Student Governing Association, was a member of Chi Omega, and volunteered with local middle school students through YoungLife. Bailey received her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2021. During law school she clerked for a local law firm and interned with the City of Topeka Prosecutors Office. After law school Bailey moved to Wichita where she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office. During her time at the DA’s office, she prosecuted various traffic and criminal offenses while honing her trial skills. Bailey loves living in Wichita and becoming a part of the legal community. In her free time Bailey enjoys walking her golden retriever, cooking for her friends and family, and spending time with her husband and son.

As a student working on her Juris Doctorate at Washburn University, Ms. Bohn served as a member and research editor of the Washburn Law Journal.
