After graduating from Washburn Law School, I became a founding partner in HOLUBEC and LOY, LLC  in 2000.  I focused my legal work in immigration related matters.  My law partner, Susan M. Loy, focuses her legal work in traffic and criminal related matters; however each of us has years of experience in all these areas of law.. We provide representation in immigration matters in family related applications whether the client is in the U.S. legally or entered without permission.  We represent clients in deportation/removal proceedings.  We also offer our legal services in the Board of Immigration Appeals.  (We do not accept cases involving "employment based applications".).
