After graduating from Washburn Law School, I became a founding partner in HOLUBEC and LOY, LLC  in 2000.  I focused my legal work in immigration related matters.  My law partner, Susan M. Loy, focuses her legal work in traffic and criminal related matters; however each of us has years of experience in all these areas of law.. We accept payments for attorney fees.  Generally, we require a 50% down payment and we accept monthly payments on the remainder due..
