Representing clients in all aspects of workers compensation for 27 years
My journey to becoming an advocate for the rights of personal injury victims began on the opposite side. I spent eight years representing insurance companies against good people who were injured in car wrecks, truck wrecks, work related accidents and slip and fall accidents. While I fought hard for my clients, the cases always left me empty inside. One particular moment occurred when an adjuster discontinued weekly wage loss checks to a workers compensation victim without any reason. I found out that the injury victim was unable to feed her family more than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Thanksgiving. That poor lady and her family inspired me to stop fighting for the insurance company and start fighting for the injury victim. I left my old firm and started working for Brad and Brian Pistotnik. I quickly realized that Brian was the one who didn't care about fancy cars, jets and being famous. Instead, Brian focused his attention on getting his clients what they deserved - fair, just and real compensation for their injuries. I have followed along with him in my practice and continue to work hard for my clients to get them the best.

I am born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and got my undergraduate degree from Wichita State University. I love my city and that is why I decided to open up shop in downtown Wichita upon completing my legal education in Florida. I hate to use the cliche, but Dorothy was right: "there is no place like home.". I practice estate planning: wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and I love what I do. I am passionate about my work because I get to meet new people every day, and get to apply a hard earned education to help people acheive peace of mind and security for thier families. I see my work more as an opportunity to build relationships rather than simply perform mindless tasks. I don't care how much effort is put into mastering the law of wills and trusts; if a client doesn't feel comfortable telling me thier hopes and desires for thier future, I cannot create an effective plan, and I have failed at my job.. I want to get to know you, and build a lasting relationship. Hopefully, you will notice that immediately when you give me a call.. Know that, if you decide to come for a consultation, you will recieve my undivided attention. My focus is on estate planning so I am not split in different directions trying to keep up on changes in the law.. Cost is always a concern for individuals when pursuing any kind of legal service. Creating an estate plan is an important process, and I don't want any of my clients fearing that they will be surprised by a huge bill. You will know what the cost is before we get started, and I will always check in first about any additional costs that may come up.. I would be delighted to help you create security for you and your family's future.
