I have practiced law in Vermont for thirty years. In September, 2020, I formed an new practice under the name Lynch Legal Services after five years practice with a partnership.  The practice is focused on serving the public with personal injury claims, civil litigation and a debtor-oriented bankruptcy practice.. During the last 20 years of my practice, I have focused on helping people with tort claims including personal injury, fraud, and other litigated claims. John Dooley as an intern and it the chambers of bankruptcy judge Francis Conrad..
