As an advisor to the Superior Court, Robert received the first Judge William McFadden Award for his contribution to assembling the first Master List of qualified Child Custody Evaluators and Protocols.  Robert team taught college level courses on the Business of Law at USC Law School from 1990 to 1998, and has been a guest speaker at State Bar functions as well as local County and City events. Robert can be heard on local radio stations, and he has written numerous articles for the bench and bar.. Prior to becoming an attorney, Robert worked in the radio broadcast industry. He was an on air talent and programmer for the powerhouse Drake-Chenault, KHJ  Los Angles, KFRC San Francisco and he programmed 250 radio stations across the US and Canada.    In addition, you’ve heard his voice on radio and TV commercials for major companies, such as, Toyota, Bank of America, and The Merv Griffin Show.

Born in New York City in 1959, moved to Los Angeles, California in 1978, Robert Gigliotti received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University in 1986, and was a recipient of a Lewis A. Kingsley Scholarship. While employed full time, Mr. Gigliotti studied law during evenings classes and summers, at the University of La Verne, College of Law, and earned a Juris Doctor Degree in 1990.
