Originally from South Carolina, I graduated from Winthrop University in 1998 with a degree in History.  After getting married, I enrolled at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL where I served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review and the Chief Justice of the Honor Court.  After graduating from Law School in 2002, my wife and I moved to our current home in Woodstock, GA.  We have raised two wonderful daughters here in Woodstock over the past 18 years.. Prior to starting Tidwell Strimban Injury Lawyers with my accomplished law partner, Aaron Strimban, I spent 7 years of my career representing insurance companies, and their insureds, defending against personal injury lawsuits.  During that time I handled thousands of cases, taking several of them to trial with outstanding results.  I now use that experience to represent individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others to maximize their recovery from the insurance companies.

David’s previous legal work experience includes work with Denver City Attorney’s Office, Municipal Operations; working with Colorado State Representative Mike Foote as a Policy Analyst; an internship with the Public Employees’ Retirement Association of Colorado; and a clerkship with the Honorable Judge LaBuda at the Boulder Colorado District Court..
