David Felper is a senior partner with Bowditch & Dewey, LLP and the Chair of the Firm's Labor & Employment and Higher Education practice area. David’s practice is concentrated in representation of management in matters including defense of discrimination and wrongful termination claims, wage and hour and OSHA complaints, non-competition agreements, contract negotiations, grievances, union organization and permissible conduct under all federal and state labor and employment laws. Brett H. Hubbard has experience with all aspects of civil litigation and district court criminal litigation. She represents individuals and family businesses in employment litigation, contract disputes and Department of Children and Family (DCF) matters, as well as criminal defense matters, such as restraining orders.  Ms. Hubbard was previously employed as a law clerk with the Department of Justice, where she worked on the Volkswagen Emissions case. She is a former wildlife biologist who worked for federal, state, local and tribal governments and non-governmental organizations. She is an active member of the Worcester County Bar Association.
