Randall A. Pentiuk is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Detroit College of Law, graduating third in his class and serving as an editor on Law Review. His undergraduate degree was awarded with distinction from Wayne State University's School of Business Administration where he majored in Accounting. He served as a Research Attorney in the Michigan Court of Appeals before entering private practice in 1981. Since then, he has continuously represented local governments.. Randall Pentiuk currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Riverview, City Attorney for the City of Allen Park, and Special Counsel for the City of Taylor. Additionally, he served as Corporation Counsel for the City of Melvindale from 1991-2011. He is also legal counsel for Housing Commissions in Melvindale, Taylor, Jackson, and Royal Oak Township; the Downriver Community Conference and the Downriver Mutual Aid; and the South Huron Valley Utility Authority. Kerry Lee Morgan is Of Counsel to Pentiuk, Couvreur, & Kobiljak, P.C. His chief areas of practice involve municipal law, employment discrimination, civil rights, labor law general litigation, environmental law and educational policy.. Mr. Morgan has extensive experience in matters related to labor law, where he has worked zealously with municipal and business clients to resolve disputes.. Prior to his current legal affiliation, he served as an Attorney-Advisor with the United States Commission on Civil Rights in Washington D.C.. I am fascinated with the history of our Nation and the laws that make it great. I was born and raised in the Southeastern Michigan and grew up in a family entrenched in law enforcement. I James attended Wayne State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.. I serving as a law enforcement officer for a number of years.  I determined that the real way for him to make a difference was to help people understand the intricacies of the law through legal representation. He returned to Wayne State to pursue a degree in law, graduating in 2000.. I started my own law practice in 2003. Through the respect of his peers, gracious referrals from past clients and an extraordinary reputation, my legal practice continues to grow.  I have great respect for the Downriver community where he was born and raised and stay involved as a Riverview resident, where I was involved as multitude of activities, including as baseball and football coach, sports and band booster, active boat club member and volunteer with various charitable organizations..
