Brandon is a White County native. He graduated from White County High and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tennessee Tech, where he graduated with honors. After college, Brandon earned his law degree from the Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law in Memphis, graduating in the top 25% of his class. Brandon immediately opened his law practice in Sparta. That practice has grown exponentially, with four attorneys and five staff serving hundreds of diverse clients throughout the Upper Cumberland region. Brandon lives in Sparta, with his wife, Danielle, and daughter, Irelia. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1994 and received a JD from Ohio Northern Claude W Petit School of Law in 1998.  I was licensed to practice in Fall on 1998, worked for Clyde ‘Scutter’ Dunn in Newport, Tennessee, for a couple of years until I started a solo practice in January 2001. I took a brief hiatus from full time law practice while I owned and ran businesses in Gatlinburg. Upon my return to full time practice, I discovered a passion for Criminal Defense and devote much of my practice to this. I am a Rule 31 Listed Family and Civil Mediator and Bankruptcy Practitioner (Chapter 7).  I still enjoy General Practice as it adds variety and diversity to what I do. I still draft contracts and agreements of all sorts and some Wills and Trusts.  I began my career in Family Law with Adoptions, Divorces and Custody cases and continue to take a few, as time permits, in light of my Criminal Practice.. “Just another day in paradise.”

Former prosecutor, Matt Matney is an associate attorney of Meade Law Group. His practice area focuses on criminal defense and personal injury.. A graduate of The Appalachian School of Law, Matt served as the President of the Environmental Law Society and Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society. Matt also completed a judicial externship with the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit.. Upon completion of law school and passing the TN Bar Exam, Matt accepted a position with one of Nashville, Tennessee’s premier Personal Injury Law Firms where he gained extensive litigation experience.. David is from Oneonta, Alabama, and is a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the trial team and was a member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society. David obtained his bachelors degree from the University of Alabama where he studied Business and earned a specialization in Professional Sales.. Jonathan Eagerton joined Enzor & Maniscalco as an associate in August of 2017. He is a magna cum laude and University Honors graduate of the University of Alabama, where he majored in philosophy. During his undergraduate career, Jonathan marched for four seasons with the Million Dollar Band. In his senior year, he was given the Chris Hainsey Ultimate Team Player Award for his leadership and commitment to the organization.. Jonathan received his law degree and a certificate in public interest law from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he clerked for public defender offices at both the state and federal level. It was here that he found a passion for public service and the protection of individual rights and liberties. Danyel Peters is a native of Auburn, Alabama. She grew up in Auburn and graduated from Auburn High School. Danyel completed her undergraduate work at Auburn University with a major in Political Science with a focus in law. She then earned a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus and certification in Election Administration from Auburn University. While at Auburn University she interned with the Lee County District Attorney’s office and served as a Graduate Research Assistant where her research contributed to the publication of Professor Steven Brown’s book, “Alabama Justice: The Cases and Faces that Changed a Nation.” Before starting law school Danyel worked with the Chambers County Development Authority in Chambers County, Alabama. Danyel attended Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. While in law school Danyel served as the school’s Honor Court Prosecutor, President of the Jones Public Interest Foundation, and Vice President of the Women’s Legal Society. She was a part of the school’s Moot Court competition team and a member of the Board of Advocates. Danyel also served as a law clerk for the Chambers County District Attorney’s office. Upon graduation from law school Danyel was honored as a Distinguished Fellow of the Public Interest Society for her hours of pro-bono work completed during law school. After law school Danyel was admitted to the Alabama bar where she began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Danyel then entered private practice as an Associate Attorney for Agricola Law in Opelika, Alabama before opening The Peters Law Firm. Kat was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Texas, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Pre-Law. She also worked as a child advocate for East Texas Child Advocates, where the court charged her with representing the bests interests of children in dependency court.. She then moved to Houston, Texas, one of the largest legal markets in the nation, to attend law school. While at the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. McClain was afforded many different opportunities, including clerking for a family law judge. She also clerked for Rusty Hardin, a nationally-known attorney.. Shortly after she graduated from law school, she took a job as an associate attorney with a family law firm, just north of Houston. While in Texas, Ms. McClain was a certified mediator and conducted mediations for small claims courts and the Better Business Bureau..
