Clint recently argued in front of the Michigan Supreme Court, in People v. Cortez Davis, that juvenile "non-shooters" should not be eligible to receive the sentence of "life without the possibility of parole." Clint is proud that Hubbell DuVall PLLC was selected by the State Bar of Michigan to the 2014 Pro Bono Circle of Excellence for the firm's ongoing work for justice for the most vulnerable people in our society, including children and the economically disadvantaged.
