The Dandridge Firm, PLC was founded by Nicole S. Lee Reimann is the chair of the firm’s Estate and Gift team as well as Business and Corporate Law team.    In addition, she is also a certified public accountant.   With an extensive business background, Lee counsels individuals and businesses on forming, growing, selling and transitioning commercial enterprises. She also has extensive experience advising clients on estate planning matters.. Lee serves on the board of the Legal Services of South Central Michigan (Treasurer) and member of the Capitol Region Community Foundation (Board Member).. She is also a frequent speaker on the MSU campus and various community groups regarding estates, gifts and the importance of family communication.

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Breen has been involved in a number of charitable and volunteer organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Greater Lansing Food Bank, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program sponsored by the IRS.  Mr. Breen is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
