Mr. Valine started his career in and around the silicon valley. He was the first non-founder employee for a San Francisco-based start-up software company. He then went on to start his own software and services company, achieving funding, expanding to offices in the United States and South America, before his exit. He has since been employed by the Fortune 500, to stand-up and run organizations in the United States and abroad. His technical experience spans from software to hardware, from traditional on-premise offerings to the largest of clouds.. Mr. Valine is from Sacramento, California. Kathleen Horne is Of Counsel to Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Horne was employed as a senior executive and General Counsel of PSINet, Inc., where she built and managed an international legal team of 20+ lawyers and oversaw all legal matters involving PSINet, with an emphasis on transactional matters, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters.
