In the past year I was happy to help a long-time client sell six McDonald’s locations; assist a client with the purchase of a hotel and the attendanct fiancing; and help a new client purchase multiple sites for a new wholesale liquor business (Working with the PA Liquor Control Board was a real treat.) I was buoyed to assist with several corporate formations, and I also helped with the dissolution of a few businesses as well. Technology contracts, one of my “wheelhouses,” were numerous and a joy. And I now represent several more international clients.
