I advise clients on trademark and copyright issues and prepare and prosecute applications in both fields. I represent parties befoe the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  I advise artists and estates on copyright issues and planning.. I serve as a director of several charitable organizations and well as act as an outside director and officer several companies..
