In more than 35 years of law practice, Dean Alterman has advised private businesses and real estate investors across a range that includes buying, selling, and leasing commercial and multi-family real estate, negotiating development agreements, forming condominiums, acquiring and selling businesses, and the other legal matters that come up in the business world. Linda B. Johnson is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP and works out of the Albany office. She is a member of the Litigation, Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups. Linda initially joined the firm in 2003. She rejoined the firm in 2010 after serving as an appellate court attorney for the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department from 2009-2010. Kristen M. Kraus has extensive experience in handling civil jury trials in both state and federal court. She has litigated cases in nearly every county in Northeast Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.. Kristen joined Dworken & Bernstein upon graduation from law school in 2001.  Since joining the firm, she has been representing victims of personal injury, as well as those injured in workplace accidents. A significant portion of her current practice is devoted to representing injured workers in workers’ compensation matters both at the Industrial Commission of Ohio and at the trial court level.. John Cotton is a native of Sheridan, Wyoming.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 1983.  From 1983 to 1987, C. John Cotton served as a law clerk, first in the State District Court, later in the Federal Court for the District of Wyoming.  From 1987 to the present, he has been involved in the private practice of law.  The last 20 plus years have been in Gillette, with focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases..
