I am a co-founder of Walsh Banks Law, located in Orlando, Florida. Since 2005, the primary focus of my practice has been business law, franchise law, real estate law and contract law.. Mr. Barteau graduated from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California, after completing his undergraduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.. Born in Truro, England, his family moved to California in 1978. He grew up in Tulare, California, graduating from Tulare Western High School.
