I am a co-founder of Walsh Banks Law, located in Orlando, Florida. Since 2005, the primary focus of my practice has been business law, franchise law, real estate law and contract law.. This includes extensive experience representing startup and existing franchisors; as well as franchisees looking to buy their first franchise, sell an existing franchise or become a master franchisee..
