Elizabeth became an associate with Dray, Dyekman, Reed & Healey, P.C. in January 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Associate Attorney at a local general practice firm.  She also had the opportunity to extern at the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court–District of Wyoming.  At Dray, Dyekman, Reed & Healey, Elizabeth represents a diverse array of businesses in Wyoming and Colorado with a primary focus on Estate Planning and Administration.. Elizabeth brings a unique and broad legal perspective to the practice of law. With a degree in Criminal Justice, she spent 5 years serving in law enforcement as both a police officer for the City of Cheyenne and a Detention Deputy for Laramie County Detention Facility prior to attending law school.

Cathy has been practicing law since 2018. She has a general practice, with emphasis on estate planning, estate administration, civil and probate litigation, and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, and her Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.. Cathy is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, the Cullman Bar Association, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She has volunteered with the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program and Military Officers Association of America-Huntsville Chapter. She is also a member of the Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar. Cathy is a native of north Alabama and resides in Madison County. She has three grown children and two grandchildren.

Thomas Ryan, Jr. is a founding partner of the law firm of Ryan Hicks Cumpton & Cumpton, LLP, and is the managing partner in the firm's Huntsville office. Mr. Ryan began his private law practice with an emphasis on civil litigation. His firm’s practice is now primarily devoted to advising clients in the areas of trusts and wills, probate administration, elder law, Medicaid and nursing home planning, estate and gift tax planning, corporate and business law, business succession planning, IRA and retirement planning, charitable gift planning, prenuptial agreements, and adoptions. He has served since 1984 as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama representing the Alabama Department of Human Resources, primarily in Adult Protective Services cases, Conservatorships and Guardianships, as well as juvenile dependency matters.. Mr. Ryan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor for the Law and Psychology Review. He also completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology..
