I am a past chair of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and past president and current board member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  My preferred areas of practice are elder law, wills and probate, real estate, and business.

I enjoy practicing law in my hometown of Chippewa Falls. I am lucky to work with a group of quality attorneys whom I respect and admire. My primary practice areas are Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Probate. I strive to make the legal process as easy as possible for my clients.

Michael D. Kaisergraduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. He has experience in a variety of practice areas including estate planning, divorce, probate, real estate, guardianships, matters involving neglected or abused children and termination of parental rights, and small business matters.. Mike graduated from Arrowhead High School and went on to get an Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. After working for over three years at General Electric Medical Systems (now GE Healthcare), Mike went back to law school. Since graduation, Mike has been proudly serving members of his hometown community and beyond.. Mike is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and the Elder Law Sections of the Wisconsin State Bar. Mike is a member of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council and a member of the Bench Bar Committee for the Waukesha Bar Association.. In the community, Mike served as an attorney-coach for the Arrowhead High School Mock Trial Team for five years and is an active member and past president of the Lake Country Rotary.. Mike grew up in Hartland, met his wife in high school, has two sons and a daughter and together they call the Lake Country area home.

Christopher Lowe has practiced law in Wisconsin since 1985. He established Lowe Law Offices, S.C. in 1989, with his father, Robert J Lowe (1928-2007). Prior to Lowe Law Offices, S.C.  he practiced as a litigation attorney with Minahan & Peterson, S.C. in Milwaukee from 1987-1989, and served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Warren, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin from 1985-1987. He received his law degree (cum laude) in 1985, and his undergraduate degree (BA-Accounting) in 1982, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison..
