Ellen Nicholson Byrne practices law in Sea Isle City, Cape May County, New Jersey.  Born and raised in the Philadelphia and Montgomery County, PA area, she moved to Sea Isle in 1991.  She has been in law practice since 1987, first in Center City Philadelphia, then five years with a large firm in Atlantic City..
