Mr. Matthew J. He has served the courts and community as a juvenile court lawyer, an appellate attorney, and as a public defender. After three years working as a Deputy District Attorney, Ryan C. Connell decided to open a law firm in Hillsboro Oregon. He is an experienced litigator, having tried numberious trials.
