Stephanie A. Pfeifer, Esq. is a West Virginia and Virginia licensed attorney.   In addition to her membership to the West Virginia State Bar, Mrs. Pfeifer is admitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Bar, Federal Courts in the Southern District of West Virginia and United States Bankruptcy Court. Mrs. Pfeifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concord University in Athens, WV and received her Juris Masters and Juris Doctorate degrees from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, VA.  While in law school, Mrs. Pfeifer served as a Senior Editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law as well as Vice President of Christian Legal Society. Mrs. Pfeifer has been a member of the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society and the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society since 2012. Additionally, Mrs. Pfeifer has been published in various literary magazines for creative writing and has a legal article titled, "From Inconsistent to Non-Existent: How Current Legislation Regulating Gestational Surrogacy Agreements Is Failing To Protect American Women, Men, Children & The Judiciary," scheduled to be published in the 2016-2017 edition of the Appalachian Journal of Law. Mrs. Pfeifer has been practicing criminal defense work since her the start of her career and currently serves as an Assistant Public Defender for the Public Defender Corporation for The Ninth Judicial Circuit, Mercer County, WV.. In her spare time, Mrs. Pfeifer enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and traveling.

Lyndsey M. Phillips is an attorney who is focused on helping the people in her community through divorce proceedings, custody disputes, criminal charges, juvenile court proceedings, and many other legal matters. Born and raised in Anderson County, Briceville to be more specific, Lyndsey’s goal is to give back to her community by providing excellent legal representation.. Lyndsey focused on criminal law while in law school at LMU Duncan School of Law and completed an externship with top defense attorneys in Knox County. After graduating summa cum laude and second in her law school class, Lyndsey began her solo practice which focused primarily in juvenile court proceedings and criminal charges in Anderson County. She joined Biloski & Miller in September 2022. She now provides legal representation in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and criminal charges, both adult and juvenile in several counties including Anderson, Knox, Campbell, Roane, and Morgan. Janie grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee before attending undergraduate at Auburn University. She received her Jurisdoctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2012.. Rebecca J. Stern spent eighteen years presiding over Division Two of Hamilton County Criminal Court before retiring in 2015. While on the bench, she founded the Hamilton County Drug Court which has been successfully rebuilding families for over ten years.. Prior to her time on the bench, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Hamilton County District Attorney's Office for nearly eight years.  As a prosecutor, she handled a variety of cases including homicide and crimes against children.
