I have been practicing law since 2000.  I have a general practice that focuses primarily in the areas of criminal defense and domestic relations/divorce.  I also handle cases in the following areas: custody, visitation, child support, juvenile law, personal injury, wills & estates, contract law, collections, and workers' compensation.  I want you to think of me as your attorney.  If you have an issue in an area of law that I don't handle, then I will refer you to another attorney in our firm or to another attorney in another firm that can and will take care of you.  I look forward to working with you to help solve your legal issue.

I began my legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles County and spent fifteen years there handling thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases.  Over that period, I tried almost 100 cases in front of juries ranging from DUI's to murders and almost everything in between.  The last five years of my time at the DA's office, I specialized in domestic violence, child sexual and physical abuse and human trafficking.  These are the crimes that involve people who are at the most vulnerable time in their lives.  I developed both the interpersonal skills as well as the trial skills that make me uniquely qualified to handle these types of cases as a defense attorney.

Natalie Haymond Cropp earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of the South. She is a past member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, the Chattanooga Bar Association, and the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga (YPAC), and a current member of the Chattanooga Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (CACDL), and the Brock-Cooper American Inn of Court.  In 2014 Ms. Cropp became the Membership Chair for the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women (SETLAW), and served one term on its board. Currently, Ms. Cropp serves as the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) coordinator for CACDL. Ms. Cropp is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Julie Moya is a former Assistant State Attorney for Miami-Dade County. As an Assistant State Attorney, she was responsible for hundreds of cases, and co-lead prosecution in two courtrooms. Ms. Moya also ran a solo criminal defense practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before joining the office of Eric Buchanan and Associates. Ms. Moya returned to Criminal Defense practice in 2017.. In law school, Ms. Moya was one of the few students to complete three student legal practice programs at the University of Tennessee College of Law. She worked in the Pro-Bono Clinic, Domestic Violence Clinic, and as a Kolwyck Public Interest Fellow in the capacity of an Assistant District Attorney. Ms. Moya also competed in the Advocates Prize and Jenkins Prize Competitions, which include trial work, appellate briefs, and appellate argument. Ms. Moya also has an extensive list of internships from institutional development to the Office of a United States Senate Majority Leader.
