As a result of his jury and bench trial experience, requisite contested matters, continuing legal education credits, judicial | peer review and passage of the state’s written exam, Ehsan has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney and his recertification is currently pending. Moreover, as of June 1, 2018, he is only 1 of 4 attorneys in the state of New Jersey who is nationally certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Criminal Trial Advocate. Mr. Lipari joined the firm after serving 25 years as an Assistant Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecutor with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. He was assigned for most of his career to the Special Litigation Unit within the Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in appellate practice. As Chief Assistant Prosecutor, a position he held for over a year, he performed in a supervisory role over appeals and various other matters for which the Special Litigation Unit was responsible. For much of his career as a prosecutor, he served as a liaison between the Atlantic County Municipal Prosecutors and the Attorney General’s Office.

Mr. Serebnick served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office from 1993 to 2012. Barry started his career as a Law Clerk in the Appellate / Motion section and was eventually promoted to Director of the Family Division were he trained and supervised other Assistant Prosecutors and oversaw all juvenile prosecutions and Domestic Violence Restraining Order violations throughout the County. He also supervised the Domestic Violence Weapons forfeiture unit. He was a member of the Monmouth County Domestic Violence Task force, a Member of the Attorney General’s Law Enforcement and Education Working Group, and Monmouth County Youth Service Commission. In addition to representing the State as a zealous prosecutor, Barry also became an advocate for juveniles within the juvenile justice system. Barry has spoken nationally on juvenile justice and juvenile detention reform. As an Assistant Prosecutor, Governor Corzine appointed Barry to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) State Committee to assist in overseeing implementation of juvenile rehabilitation programs throughout the State of New Jersey. Barry is also the recipient of the 2008 JDAI Champion Award for Monmouth County, for spearheading the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) within the County. He is a former member of the JDAI State Steering committee which implemented and replicated JDAI throughout the State of New Jersey.. Mr. Incremona spent 26 years with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office in Freehold.  During his career, he was a law clerk and an Assistant Prosecutor in the Appellate/Motions Section; an Assistant Prosecutor in the Juvenile/Family Division and the Adult Trial Division; a Deputy Trial Team Leader in the Adult Trial Division; the Director of the Special Operations Unit (police related investigations and reviews); the Director of the Major Crimes Unit (homicides and other violent crimes); and served as the Executive Assistant Prosecutor and the Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor (with office-wide authority in the second capacity) supervising and leading the Investigative Division of the office consisting of seven units, approximately 20 Assistant Prosecutors, 80 Detectives and 30 support staff personnel.  Mr. Incremona capped his career by being named First Assistant Prosecutor for the office in 2012 where he had responsibility for supervising the day-to-day operations of the entire office and its staff of over 300.
