Kyle Tursky was born in Orlando, Florida, where he attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science Pre-Law, along with a Certificate in Intelligence and National Security. He then received his J.D. from Barry Law before becoming an Assistant State Attorney. As an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Circuit in Orange County, Kyle managed an extensive caseload, ranging from misdemeanor offenses to offenses punishable by life. During his tenure, Kyle honed his advocacy skills by handling over 25 jury trials to verdict, as well as various hearings, including violations of probation, motions to suppress, motions to dismiss, and pre-trial detention hearings. Over the past three years, Kyle has worked to protect the community from injustices while ensuring that the rights of the accused are upheld. He is now shifting his focus to defending those accused of crimes, ensuring their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are not infringed upon.

Maura Doherty is a native of Pinellas County, but has lived and worked throughout the Tampa Bay area.  She attended Loyola University in New Orleans, where she majored in English Literature.  Maura’s father and grandfather were both attorneys, so the decision to pursue a career in law was a natural one for her.  Maura graduated from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. As she watched her father, one of the area’s preeminent criminal lawyers, she realized how satisfying it could be to help those who truly need it and not just clients who could afford to pay.  Maura devoted herself to representing indigent criminal defendants for over nine years.  During that time, Maura learned many things that have aided her in her career, as well as in her personal life.  She also gained valuable experience in the court room trying some of the most difficult kinds of cases.  She brings unique abilities as an advocate and as a counselor to Walker Law Group where she now counsels to and advocates for injury clients exclusively.. Maura is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since 2003.  She is a member of the Florida Justice Association, The Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Goldberg Inn of Court.

Anthony is the owner of Absolute Law. He grew up in Southwest Florida and graduated from Fort Myers High School which led to staying in the local area and attending Florida Gulf Coast University. Anthony graduated from FGCU a year early with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. He is a proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. After graduating Law School, Anthony began his career as a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County. During his time at the State Attorney’s office, he had many Jury Trials and Bench Trials from a wide range of criminal cases. While a prosecutor, Anthony was in the courtroom almost every day in front of many different judges. After being an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Anthony moved back to Fort Myers to join Absolute Law and take over the Firm. Although he started his career in public service as a prosecutor, he always intended to be in the private sector as he wanted to build relationships with his clients and aggressively fight for their rights in whatever legal situation they need assistance in. Anthony takes on cases in the range of criminal defense, general civil litigation, contract disputes, and other business law issues. He is happy to be back home and eager to be of legal assistance to his local community and looks forward to giving back and make his community an even better one.
