I was a Senior Trial Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Laguna where I was recognized by the Department of Treasury for exemplary service.  As a Senior IRS Trial Attorney, I successfully reporesented the IRS Commissioner before the United States Tax Court in all phases of litigation and trial.  Later on, I Advised IRS Exam, Appeals, and Collection groups on substantive and procedural issues relevant to the assessment and collection of tax for individuals, limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.

I am Joseph Jardine.  Let me introduce myself.  I have been practicing law for 15 years.  I decided to hang a shingle out of law school.  My firm grew over the years to include up to 4 attorneys with a large support staff.  I found that a large law practice brought with it a large headache and subsequently downsized.. I am currently operating a one attorney firm with 2 paralegals and some additional support staff.  Both of my paralegals have over 20 years experience.  I have handled a wide array of cases throughout my career from criminal defense to personal injury to business litigation.. I graduated from BYU in 1997 with a BA in English.  I then attended law school at the University of Idaho, in Moscow, Idaho, graduating in 2000.  I am licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho..
