Former 15th District Court Judge Chris Easthope represents clients in felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases throughout Michigan.. Chris Easthope combines his 20 years of legal experience and personal commitment as a judge and an attorney to every case to achieve excellent results for his clients.. Christopher Easthope was elected to the 15th Judicial District Court bench, serving from January 1st, 2009 through December 31st, 2015. He presided over criminal and traffic cases, including felony preliminary exams and Minor in Possession (MIP) dockets. His dockets included 7 years of jury and non-jury trials as well as thousands of pretrial and preliminary hearings.

Brandon T. Poltorak was born and raised in Auburn, Michigan. Brandon attended Bay City Western High School before attending Saginaw Valley State University to attain a Bachelors in Business Administration. Brandon went on to graduate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School’s weekend program in 2018.

I grew up in a farming family in the tri-city area, and I'm grateful to continue to serve the mid-michigan communities where I grew up.  My passion for being a voice for those who don't have one started back on the school playground and continues to this day.  Today my practice focuses on criminal defense, alcohol/drug related driving offenses, michigan medical marijuana law, family law, and estate planning.. Prior to moving back home to Bay City, I worked in Lansing for the Michigan State Senate where I helped state senators craft and develop legislation on a variety issues ranging from agriculture to criminal justice reform.  My time with the Senate was very interesting, but I soon realized that helping clients indvidually in private practice was what I was meant to do.. Following my time with the Senate I worked with the Nichols Law Firm in East Lansing, where I helped to build criminal defense cases.  This was a great opportunity for me for me to work with excellent attorneys.  The Nichols Law Firm stays on the cutting edge of not only where the law is, but also weaknesses in the underlying science of evidence used in criminal defense cases.. Kimberly King was born in Saginaw, MI and raised in the small town of Auburn. Kimberly graduated from Western High School, and then attended Delta College before finishing her undergraduate degree at Central Michigan University, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. Kimberly knew from a very young age that she wanted to be an attorney, and make an impact in someone’s life. She followed her dreams and enrolled at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI where she graduated with her Juris Doctor, cum laude. She received certificates of Merit in Trial skills and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Kimberly was close friends with founding partner, Jason Gower’s younger brother, who convinced him to allow her to do her externship with Gower Law PLC. After only one short semester, Kimberly knew she found her place in the firm, becoming the firm’s first female attorney when she passed the bar in May of 2013. After graduating, Kimberly moved back to the small town of Auburn, and began a new chapter in her life, buying a home with her fiancé, and looking forward to a blossoming career. Kimberly also has a strong passion for softball, participating in several leagues each season, throughout the tri-cities.
