I came to the law after spending over 26 years in the transportation industry working for a major airline. I was drawn to representing my colleagues in disputes and thrived in an environment where I had the opportunity to stand up for those that had less ability to advocate for themselves. You could say, I enjoyed standing up for “the little guy.” Quickly I discovered a passion for helping people navigate complicated areas while producing extraordinary results that benefited individuals financially and promoted long term security. My desire to apply my skill set to helping others found a new and broader avenue in the realm of the legal system.After deciding to make a career transition, I devoted my time and energy to learning the law with the same tenacity I approached my previous advocacy with. After growing up in the small hamlet of Hugo, near Forest Lake, I lived in both Twin Cities before settling in Kenyon with my wife and three kids, more than a decade ago. I enjoy coaching my kids in baseball and softball, and love watching them compete. I am currently an active member of the Kenyon Wanamingo School Board and past President of my local in the Machinists Union. Rebecca A. Waxse is originally from Kansas City but moved to Minnesota for law school and has made Minnesota her home. She graduated from Hamline Law School in 2006 where she was the Articles Editor of the Journal of Public Law and Policy. Since graduation from law school she has worked in the areas of criminal law, family law, and juvenile law. She is passionate about the practice law and working hard to protect her client’s rights.

Patrick grew up one of ten children in a multi-racial family in Austin, MN.  Patrick went on to become a successful two sport collegiate athlete competing in both Football and Track & Field at the University of St. Thomas and graduated with honors in 1997.  He went on to recieve his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2002.  Patrick's passion for providing the highest-quality assistance to individuals in their time of need is deeply engrained in him from his life experiences with his own family, along with valuable experience gained as a law clerk for the public defender's offices in both St. Paul and Mankato.  Patrick has gone on to become a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Patrick is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has handled cases in several States.  Patrick takes great pride in providing personal and expert representation in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury cases.

Attorney Alexander W. Rogosheske earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Before attending law school, he played professional hockey in the ECHL for two years. During his career as a hockey player, Alex developed and strengthened his understanding of the importance of working as a team to achieve a shared goal.
