I was raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and later attended Kutztown University where I received my degree in political science.. After college, I enrolled at Widener University's School of Law in Harrisburg. After my first year, I was named a Widener Merit Scholar and earned a position on the Widener Law Journal, eventually serving on the administrative board. During law school I worked in the legal department of a large utility company and also served as a clerk on Pennsylvania's Commonwealth Court.. My first venture in representing clients was at the Widener Civil Law Clinic where, as a student, I was given the privilege of representing clients in a variety of matters.  In 2010, I graduated from Widener Law with honors.. Following law school, I worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas W. Herman, President Judge of the 39th Judicial District (Franklin and Fulton Counties). There, I learned every aspect of the criminal and civil practice areas. More importantly, I was given the rare opportunity to see how the courts operate in these areas of law.. Following my clerkship, I decided to step away from my role with the court in order to be able to advocate on behalf of clients. Since that time, my practice areas have included criminal defense and civil litigation (personal injury, breach of contract, landlord/tenant disputes, etc.).. I have devoted my career to the practice of criminal law.  From my early days in law school, when I clerked at one of the most prestigious criminal defense law firms in Richmond, to the present day.  When I graduated law school I accepted a position with that same firm — the first offer extended to a law clerk in over fourteen years.  I learned a great deal from those lawyers and enjoyed success in matters ranging from traffic infractions to serious felonies such as aggravated malicious wounding and attempted murder.  I got around, too, representing clients in the courts of over thirty Virginia jurisdictions, as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.. Feeling the call to public service, I took a job as prosecutor for the City of Fredericksburg in 2006. During my time with the City I prosecuted nearly every imaginable type of case and I routinely advised and trained the police officers with whom I worked.  I also served as a special prosecutor in Hanover, Spotsylvania, and Stafford Counties in certain matters.  In February 2009, I completed a course of in-depth training in the prosecution of online crimes against children.  I was only one of eighty or so prosecutors selected nationwide for that course of study.. I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Virginia and in the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. I am a member of the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association, and serve on the Judicial Selection Committee and the By-Laws Committee.  I also serve as Chair of the Sixth District Committee of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board.. Chris Arce was born and raised in Chicago Illinois and moved to South Texas at the age of 12, he attended the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) where he attained his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.  He then attained his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.  He now resides in San Antonio, Texas and handles cases in many of the surrounding cities.

Lauren Biloski is a 2000 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.  Lauren then went to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated in 2003 with a B.A. degree in psychologyand a minor in Spanish.  Immediately following graduation in 2003, Lauren Biloski pursued her dream and attended the Robert H. McKinney, School of Law, Indiana University.  Lauren Biloski graduated in 2006 withher J.D. and wanted to return to East Tennessee and provide assistance to a community that allowed her to flourish.. During Lauren's third year of law school, she was awarded one of three internships and later obtained a position of Assistant Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office. Lauren represented victims in all aspects of criminal proceedings, including probable cause hearings, plea negotiations, and conducted both bench and jury trials.  She argued in felony and misdemeanor courts, helped negotiate various plea bargains, and conducted extensive research on various crimes and evidentiary problems.  In 2006, Lauren was admitted to practice law in Indiana and Tennessee after successfully taking and passing two bar exams in July.. Lauren's passion for the law developed with her internship with Child Advocates, Inc. and the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office. James E. Toner, Esq. was born and raised on Long Island. He was a graduate of  Chaminade High School's class of 1985.  He earned his BBA at Hofstra University in 1989, and his Juris Doctorate at the Hofstra University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Toner began his trial career during  his second year of law school as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami –Dade County Public Defender’s Office obtaining his first “Not Guilty” verdict on a felony jury trial. After graduation he continued his career as a criminal defense lawyer at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society defending the  indigent accused.
