Victoria (Tori) Munson grew up in Barberton, Ohio and graduated from the University of Toledo in 2014 with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Women’s Studies. In 2017, Attorney Munson obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.. Prior to graduating law school, Attorney Munson was a law clerk for various juvenile and family law offices and took part in the trial team in Law School.. Following law school graduation and admission to practice as an Ohio lawyer, Attorney Munson worked as a Staff Attorney for the Stark County Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients in Stark County Family Court as well as Canton Municipal Court. Subsequent to her time with the Public Defender’s Office, Attorney Munson spent a year as an Assistant Prosecutor for Richland County, Ohio handling Juvenile matters and Appeals. While most of Attorney Munson’s practice has been in criminal and juvenile law, she has a passion for family law that has stuck with her since she was a legal intern.
