Angela M. Aliota graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2002. She attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 2005. Kevin’s interest in law began during his military career, and blossomed while he served as a law enforcement officer. The skills, knowledge, and experiences that he acquired during his previous careers inspired him to continue his service to others who experience tough times.. Kevin completed his legal studies at South Texas College of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Wayland Baptist University, with a focus on fire sciences. While at South Texas College of Law, he was selected as an Officer for the Board of Advocates, the leadership component of the country’s most decorated courtroom advocacy program. He represented South Texas College of Law as a varsity advocate at national competitions, including:. Kevin is certified as a mediator. Robert “Bob” E. Raesz, Jr. has been practicing law for over 37 years. Upon receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law, he served as an assistant district attorney in Bastrop County, Texas, from 1983 until 1985. He served as a judge in Bastrop Country, Texas, from 1985 until 1994. During the period he was a judge, Bob presided over and heard all family law cases in Bastrop County, as well as other areas of the law.. Bob has served as a member of the Texas Judicial Ethics Committee, on the Board of Directors for the Texas Center for the Judiciary, as the Vice President of the Texas County Court at Law Judges Association, and on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Child Support and Visitation. When Bob elected not to run as a judge again in 1994, he began practicing family law exclusively. He handles uncontested and contested divorce cases, child custody, child support, complex property division, modification, termination and adoption cases in central Texas.

After receiving her JD, Meredith pursued policy work in San Francisco and Washington D.C.  She then worked as a trial attorney for six years at the Legal Aid Society of New York, Juvenile Rights Practice in New York City Family Court where she handled child protective, adoption, visitation, custody and other family law matters. She also served as agency counsel for a New York based adoption agency. Meredith now directs her own civil law practice based in Austin, Texas focused in the areas of adoption, family, custody, divorce, and wills.

Patrick J. Boyer concentrates his practice on family law. I believe the law profession chose me long before I chose it.  As a young child I was often told I could argue with a wall.  I now have been involved in the legal community for over 20 years.  I began my career as a receptionist and worked my way through the industry as a secretary, paralegal, and administrative assistant while obtaining my education at Middle Tennessee State University.  I spent 8 years of my legal career serving the Tennessee Judiciary as a Judicial Assistant to two circuit judges.    My personal experiences and peer encouragement lead me to further my education by attending the Nashville School of Law all while I continued to work full time.  Graduating in 2006, I began to seek the area of law that most suited my personality and conviction.   I am committed to serving families in Tennessee as they navigate the temptuous waters of family law.  I am committed to doing my best to represent my client's interests without compromising the values for which I hold dear.  Honesty, integrity and thorough communication are not compromised in my approach to each case.  It is my desire to educate and assist a client in making the best possible decision in their case.
