Barbra resides in Ada, Michigan, with her husband, Michael, who serves as a Municipal Attorney at Foster Swift Collins & Smith. Together they raise three children: Jack, a sophomore at the University of Arizona; William, a high school sophomore; and Evelyn, a fifth grader. Their home is complete with two cherished dogs, Coco and Olive.

I was born and raised in West Michigan, and I take great pride in being a part of this community.  I graduated from Hope College in Holland, began my professional career in Kalamazoo, and attended law school in Grand Rapids.  My mission as an attorney is to provide my clients with outstanding legal representation, to do so with honesty and integrity and with a focus on my clients' goals, and to make our community a better place to work and live in the process.

I am a seaplane pilot with decades of experience in construction before I became a lawyer; that is I've built homes, boats, and an airplane. I will advocate for you with focus and passion, and I bring broad experience and a good way with people to the table.

With great assistance from my paralegal I happily fight everyday for the best interest of my clients (and their children).  I have gone to trial in many types of legal cases but I am busiest with family law trials.  We also work very hard to achieve prompt and fair settlements for our clients, often through mediation.. I have co-authored a book on family law issues, instructed at various famliy law seminars and regularly teach at a co-parenting education course.. I live just down the street from my office, which is on the Androscoggin River in Topsham.  I have no issue with early or late office hours or weekend hours when those are needed to best represent our clients.. We are a team with our clients. We do everything we need to do to ensure their success.

Victoria (Tori) Munson grew up in Barberton, Ohio and graduated from the University of Toledo in 2014 with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Women’s Studies. In 2017, Attorney Munson obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.. Prior to graduating law school, Attorney Munson was a law clerk for various juvenile and family law offices and took part in the trial team in Law School.. Following law school graduation and admission to practice as an Ohio lawyer, Attorney Munson worked as a Staff Attorney for the Stark County Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients in Stark County Family Court as well as Canton Municipal Court. Subsequent to her time with the Public Defender’s Office, Attorney Munson spent a year as an Assistant Prosecutor for Richland County, Ohio handling Juvenile matters and Appeals. While most of Attorney Munson’s practice has been in criminal and juvenile law, she has a passion for family law that has stuck with her since she was a legal intern. Harvey Miller graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1994. Prior to graduation from law school, he worked for the Child Support Division of the Summit County Prosecutor's Office. He began the private practice of law in 1995. His practice is limited to the area of Family Law.. In addition to practicing law, Harvey served as Guardian Ad Litem in various courts for many years, wherein he represented the interests of children of divorced or divorcing parents.. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
