For over 25 years I have been and continue to be a dedicated and zealous advocate for my clients. I truly love family law and enjoy being in the courtroom.  I have met thousands of clients in crisis, listened to their stories and provided advice that I felt was the best for each client in their unique situation.  I conduct client led consultations that allow folks to tell me their story so that I can provide guidance tailored to each family.  Born and raised in North Carolina, and practicing in Union County since 1998, I have practiced every day in front of judges and other lawyers in the same district.  This means that each client benefits from each and every day of experience I have had in front of the very Judge that may be assigned to your case.

Hi, my name is Kristen DelForge and I practice Burlington, North Carolina. My practice mainly consists of family law, criminal defense and general civil litigation. As a native North Carolinian, it has always been my desire to serve my community by helping to protect the rights of individuals and to give a voice to those seeking justice.. When I am not in the courtroom, I enjoy my position as an Adjunct Professor at Elon University coaching Elon's Undergraduate Mock Trial Team. An Elon University and Elon University School of Law graduate, I find it rewarding to be able to give back to my Alma Mater through helping students hone their public speaking and advocacy skills.. Although Wake County is where I was born and raised, I have come to call Alamance County home and it is certainly my pleasure to try and make a positive impact by advocating for my clients with honesty and integrity.

Dan Bullard was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1993.  He received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his J.D. in 1993 from Wake Forest University.  Mr. Bullard has served as an elected member of the Family Law Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves as a speaker for many Continuing Legal Education seminars.  He maintains an AV®Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0 Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubble, which is the highest available anonymous peer review rating for competency and ethics. Mr. Bullard has recently lectured on the topics of “Prosecuting and Defending Alienation and Criminal Conversation Claims,” “Discovery and Pretrial Matters,” “Discovery and Use of Electronic Information,”  and “Alimony and Postseparation Support.”  Mr. Bullard’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of all areas of family law, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and prosecuting and defending alienation of affections and criminal conversation cases.  Mr. Bullard also represents clients in appeals of cases to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court.    In the community, Dan is an active member of St. Marks Church and has served as a  leader in a local scout troop.  Through his hobby as a musician, he enjoys playing bass guitar in his church and with bands in the area for charitable organizations.   An organization with which he is particularly interested is StepUp of Alamance, which assists families trapped in the affliction of generational poverty.

Marcus was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and graduated from Albuquerque High School in 2006. After high school, Marcus went on to join the Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Corporal and served as an Aviation Ordnance Technician from 2006-2010 in Iraq (2008) and Japan (2009-2010). Upon returning to Albuquerque, he attended CNM (2010-2012) and graduated with an AA in Liberal Arts with honors. From there, he continued his education at UNM, graduating Magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Psychology, and finishing his studies with a J.D. from the UNM School of Law in 2018.. Marcus is most interested in helping the people of New Mexico find a sense of justice during what is likely a very difficult time in their lives.. During his free time, Marcus enjoys camping, hiking, and walks along the Bosque as well as spending time with his family, friends, and his cat Vincent.

Bob Matteucci is a highly skilled negotiator that knows how to settle divorce and family law cases typically without going to court. However, when it is necessary to go to Court, he is a highly skilled court litigator.. Bob is a life long resident of Albuquerque that has a background in business including as a business owner, business student (Master of Business Administration) and legal business student (concentration in business law while in law school). Because of his background, Bob specializes in cases that have at least some association with business or financial matters.. As a collaborative family law attorney, Bob strives to help clients work through the divorce process with the least amount of conflict. His goal is to help family members, both parents and children, build different, but healthy relationships so that a functional family can exist during and after the divorce process is complete.

As an attorney, I understand what it means to go through conflict. I've seen many heartbreaking cases, but the reason why I persist is that  I try and do my best for the families that have been wronged in the past. I am the voice for those who have been silenced. I have dedicated my full legal practice to family law in Madison, WI and the surrounding area, including Sauk, Rock, and Columbia counties. I handle a wide range of family law issues, including divorces, custody and placement disputes, child support modifications, and guardianships. I am a proud double Badger, having attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Andria is a senior attorney of the firm who specializes in all family law matters.. Andria understands the complex nature that encompasses family law , and she tailors her vast knowledge of the law to each individual case. Her goal is to give every matter the same individualized attention that it deserves from beginning to end, helping each client understand the complex issues at hand. As a wife and mother, Andria understands and appreciates the obstacles and family dynamics that present themselves in family law cases.. Andria received her undergraduate degrees from UW-Rock County and UW-Whitewater, where she was on the National Deans List. She decided to venture south and received her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Houston, Texas, where she graduated in 2011, cum laude. Upon graduating, Andria came back home to Rock County, where she owned and operated her own law firm.. Andria is a lifelong resident of Rock County, and when not practicing law, she spends her time with her husband, son, and dogs Dexter,  Daisy Mae and Roger. In addition, Nick worked for the Tulane Law School Environmental Law Clinic one summer, and he did Pro Bono work for Entertainment Law Assistance, where he drafted business-operating agreements for local artists and entertainers.. Attorney Crystal Maldonado has focused her career on family law. She is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.. Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire, Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Stonehill College in 2005, and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2008. During law school, she was one of the first members of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a two-year bar practicum. Crystal continues to be involved in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program as a Family Law Adjunct Professor at the Univeristy of New Hampshire School of Law.. Crystal is also an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Family Law is also a board member of the Friends of the Merrimack County Child Advocacy Center.

Attorney Schea’s areas of concentration are Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Estate planning. Prior to working for Ward Law Group, PLLC, she was an associate attorney at a family practice law firm in Bedford, NH. While Attorney Schea specializes in many fields, she seeks to primarily focus on making a difference in the area of family law.. Attorney Schea graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology. While working towards her psychology degree, Attorney Schea worked as an undergraduate research assistant gaining experience from searching through court archives, analyzing data, and linking court cases to potential suspects. She also interned at the Florida Partners in Crisis Mental Health Advocacy Group.
