I was born in Wisconsin and have lived in Chicago since the 1970s.. I graduated the University of Wisconsin and then I worked in the area of child abuse for eight years for the department of Children and Family Services before I decided to go to law school.. I worked as an attorney for the Legal Aid bureau in Chicago, doing divorce and providing services for an underserviced population from 1990 to 1995.. In 1995, Marta and I decided to open up our own practice. Since that time, Marta and I have had the practice. We now have an office at 161 N. Clark, #4700 in Chicago and an office at 1000 Lake Street, Oak Park, Illinois.. I am also certified as a Mediator and am on the Mediator List for Judges to refer cases to.

Jessica Wollwage-Rymut graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science. After working for a year at a commercial real estate firm, Jessica was offered admission to the Chicago-Kent College of Law Honors Scholar Program. As an Honors Scholar, Jessica and her classmates enjoyed many unique opportunities, including working with to create online tutorials for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.. During law school, Jessica interned at the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer clinic helping taxpayers prepare returns and negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service. She also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA of DuPage County, Inc.. Since completing law school, Jessica has focused her practice on family law, estate planning, guardianship, and estate administration matters. Rebecca graduated with honors from Siena College in 1995 and New England School of Law in 1998.  Rebecca knew she wanted to practice law in her hometown Kingston.  Rebecca accepted an associate position with The Law Offices of David became an Assistant District Attorney in January 2001 and opened her own law practice in April 2001.  Rebecca handles many different areas of law and is extremely compassionate,  hard working, and is 100% dedicated to serving her clients needs! Rebecca served on the Board of Directors, Treasurer and then President to the Ulster County Bar Association and is a privileged active member of the Junior League of Kingston.  Rebecca is very involved in community service and as busy as she is she makes time for pro bono work and teaches Sunday School at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
