Eric maintains a sense of humor while practicing law and serving as Gibson County Commissioner for Medina in District 1, Position 2.  He enjoys languages, gardening, playing and singing music.  Eric received his license to practice in 2008 and worked with a legal aid firm for a year before starting his private practice. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District (federal) Court in 2010 and to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2012, although he no longer practices bankruptcy. James "Jimmy" Senter, III, is Of Counsel to the Egbert Law Office which moved to Trenton in 2019. Eric taught adjunct for UT Martin in 2012, served on his HOA board as president and other roles. He serves on the board of directors for the Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse and KontaktMissionUSA, a missionary organization headquartered in Germany.  He has a wonderful wife, Lauren, and a blended family of 5, two daughters and three step-daughters that keep him busy. Eric is an amateur history buff and an avid fisherman.

David is from Oneonta, Alabama, and is a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the trial team and was a member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society. David obtained his bachelors degree from the University of Alabama where he studied Business and earned a specialization in Professional Sales.. David’s practice is focused on Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Probate matters, Business & Commercial litigation. David and his wife, Mary Claire, are members of Redeemer Community Church.

In the winter, I like to spend weekends at Crystal Mountain with my husband and two children (one human child & one 90 lb. doodle). And in the summer, I love soaking up Vitamin D wherever and whenever possible to store for the long NW winters.

As a child of divorced parents, Katrina considers herself to have started her career in family law as a young teen and has used her personal experiences to sharpen her legal skills. Family law has been, and continues to be, the sole focus of her practice.. Katrina earned her B.A. In Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.. Katrina officially began exploring her passion during law school, by volunteering with the King County Bar Association Pro Bono services. There she supported unrepresented litigants by walking them through their sensitive divorce and custody procedures, as well as those striving for third-party custody of loved ones. As if that did not fill her cup enough, Katrina was then fortunate to work alongside her first mentor, solo family law practitioner Helene Ellenbogen, which exposed her to complex financial litigation and high-conflict parenting plan issues.. After passing the bar in 2017, Katrina went into private practice and has been representing clients in family law matters in Thurston, Lewis, Grays Harbor, and Mason Counties.. Through her experiences, Katrina learned how overwhelming even the most “simple” process could look to families and has taken this outlook with her while engaging with her current clients. Landon M. Gibson III is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law.  Landon passed the Washington State Bar Exam upon graduation in 1982 and commenced practice in Auburn in 1983.  He is a graduate of the University of Washington, magna cum laude.  He is past chairman of the board of the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce, Past Grand Knight of the Auburn Knights of Columbus Council 3598, Past Committee Chair of Auburn Boy Scout Troop 401, and has been active in other Auburn area community affairs.  Landon is married, has three children, and is proud to call Auburn his home.

In early 2022, Katherine Czubakowski began her legal career at The Law Offices of Tresa A. Sadler as a Rule 9 intern. After successfully passing the Washington Bar, she advanced to Junior Associate Attorney, serving clients across state and tribal jurisdictions. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and earned her bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and Music from Gettysburg College in 2017. In 2022 she was sworn into both the Washington State Bar Association and the Tulalip Tribal Court bar, reflecting her commitment to a wide range of legal communities.

Born and raised in Tacoma, Jeff attended Charles Wright Academy before travelling the country pursuing his passion for ice hockey.  Jeff played hockey for the Utica Pioneers in Utica, NY while earning his undergraduate degree in business marketing.. Upon graduation Jeff returned home to Tacoma.  He graduated from Seattle University a few years later with his law degree and a masters in sports administration and leadership.. Jeff is currently involved as a board member with the First Tee of the South Puget Sound, Hockey Players Assemble and UP Cares.  Jeff has a passion for helping those who are in need.. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and hockey.

Kiley Anderson is an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate Family Law attorney with a demonstrated history of working closely with clients to obtain desired results.. Prior to law school Marla worked in the banking industry. She worked as a bank teller and collection specialist through college. After obtaining her degree in Business Finance from Arizona State University she worked full time for Bank of America as a collection specialist until she started law school. Marla obtained her law degree from Gonzaga University in May 1997. For the past 20 years Marla has practiced primarily in the area of family law. Prior to opening Spokane Divorce Attorneys, PLLC in January 2022 she was a principal with Feltman Ewing (formerly Ewing Anderson) from 2005 to 2021. She has been an active member of the Spokane County Bar Association and board member for the past several years serving as a Trustee 2013-2015, Treasurer 2016-2016, President-Elect/Secretary 2016-2017, and President 2017-2018. In addition to her work with the Spokane County Bar Association, she serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Spokane. She served as a Pro Tem Court Commissioner for Spokane County Superior Court from 2005-2018. In her spare time, she likes to read, enjoy the outdoors and  spend time with her family.
