Following a three-year professional baseball career, Mr. Ruchim received his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2019, focusing his studies on Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy. While at DePaul, Mr. Ruchim was a Family Law Fellow and was a member of DePaul’s National Trial Team and Appellate Moot Court Society. Paul K. Waterman grew up in Iowa City, Iowa.  After graduating from law school in 2004, Paul worked in Washington, D.C., with an appellate practice, including assisting in drafting the brief in Duke Energy, which helped win a 9-0 decision by the Supreme Court.  Paul returned to Iowa in 2006 and has worked at law firms in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, primarily practicing in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Business Litigation. Since receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2007, Rebecca Feiereisen has had over ten years of experience handling cases pertaining to family law and personal injury. Ashley and her husband, TJ live with their son, Theo, and their daughter, Drew in Des Moines, Iowa.  In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and competing in running events.  Ashley's passion is competitive road racing.  She is the 2009 Lincoln Marathon Champion a 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier. She holds a personal best of 2:44:06 for the marathon distance.

Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology with specialization in Archaeology) from the University of Iowa in May 1997 and her Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in May 2003. Charlotte was a collegiate swimmer and soccer player at the University of Iowa. Charlotte is a member of Iowa State Bar Association.. Charlotte practices primarily in the area of divorce and child custody, visitation, and child support litigation. She is a strong supporter of alternative dispute resolution and she has completed the Iowa State Bar accredited mediation training course.. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Earl B. Kavanaugh attended Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of the Arts in English. Earl moved to Iowa in the summer of 2004 to attend law school at Drake University in Des Moines, graduating with honors in 2007.
