I am an attorney with over 9.5 years experience in the courtroom as a prosecutor and over 50 jury trials in my career. In addition, I am a certified NLFPA agent who also represents college football coaches. Now, George Alan Holley Law primarily focuses on family law and trusts and estates.

Joel is originally from Washington State and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration. Joel attended law school at New England Law located in Boston, Massachusetts where he received his Juris Doctor Degree with concentrations in Trusts and Estate and Family Law. While Joel pursued his Juris Doctor degree, he served on the executive board for several organizations including the Tax Law Society and Law School Democrats. Joel was also honored with New England Law’s Public Service Honor Roll for his Pro Bono work during his 1L year.. During Joel’s time in law school, he discovered his passion for Family Law and Estate Planning. He believes that these areas of law allow him to assist clients going through difficult periods in their lives and provide them with effective legal representation during these challenging times.. During Joel’s undergraduate education, he interned at a criminal defense firm located in Spokane, Washington. After Joel’s 1L year, he served as a legal intern for a civil litigation firm located in New York City, New York, focusing in probate litigation, real estate law, medical malpractice, and business law. While Joel worked at these firms, he gained extensive experience in legal research and writing, the operations of small law firms, and the practice of law in various areas.. Joel began his legal career with Law One and was sworn under oath to the Colorado Bar in October of 2023.
