Nathan’s passion for helping people has led him to a career in the law. Krista Carlson is a native of Ord, Nebraska. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2005. Krista was active in Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society, while at UNK and also received the Outstanding Graduate of the Department of History award during her senior year.. Krista graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008. She served as an Executive Editor for the Nebraska Law Review and was a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.. Krista joined the law firm of Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl as an associate in 2008 and became a partner there on January 1, 2015. While at Wolfe Snowden, she practiced in a variety of areas including railroad defense, insurance defense, OSHA defense, landlord/tenant cases, wage claims, family law, guardianships and conservatorships, and both defending and pursuing personal injury claims (including wrongful death, car accidents and slip and fall cases). She was also the City Attorney for a community west of Lincoln.. On December 1, 2018, Krista left Wolfe Snowden to begin her own law firm and to concentrate primarily on family law, including divorce, child custody, modification, and contempt cases. She welcomes the opportunity to help clients with a variety of other civil matters as well, but family law has always been her passion, and increasingly became the focus of her practice during the last few years of her career at Wolfe Snowden. Greg Coffey grew up in and around Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from Lincoln East High School and the University of Nebraska before going on to law school at the Nebraska College of Law.. As a teen, Greg was active with his family's cattle operation and showed cattle and horses through 4-H and the state's Junior Angus and Junior Morgan Horse associations.  In college, Greg competed on the University's Speech and Debate team, qualifying for Nationals four consecutive years and reaching the national semi-finals in both extemporaneous and persuasive speaking as a senior.. After law school, Greg spent his first five years practicing law as an in-house litigation attorney for IBP, inc., then the nation's largest producer of fresh meat products.  After leaving IBP in 1998, Greg and his wife returned to Lincoln to raise their family and he has been in private practice with Friedman Law Offices ever since.

Bree Robbins graduated from the University Of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2013. Although Bree is a new associate at Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P., she is not new to the firm.. Bree has been working along-side the attorneys at Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P since the fall of 2012.  She thoroughly conducts trial preparation, client meetings, pleadings, depositions, hearings, and trials.  Bree has experience in a wide variety of cases. Bree regularly assists attorneys in the firm in writing appellate briefs submitted to the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court..
