Courtney Preston Kellner, originally from Greenup County, KY, has made Louisville her home since 2011. I graduated from Ursuline Academy high school in Blue Ash, OH in 2002, Northern Kentucky University in 2006, and Northern Kentucky University, Chase Law School in 2010. I have been practicing law in OH since 2010 and KY since 2011. I'm a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and Kentucky Bar Association.. My background includes extensive experience in the insurance industry, working in an independent agency for over ten years as a managing partner. In October of 2014, I married my husband (a native Portlander) and headed off with our family to the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy most weekends exploring all that Portland and the greater surrounding area has to offer. We reside in the Coumbia Gorge Scenic Area, so hikes and trips to a river or waterfall are a frequent occurrence.. Tate Justesen has worked in family law for many years, and is based in Multnomah County, where he gained valuable experience in the practice of family law and clients' needs, including issues such as divorce/separation, custody, parenting time, spousal support and assets division.. While he is based in Multnomah County, Tate handles cases in multiple counties throughout Oregon, including Washington and Clackamas Counties. Tate also has experience in environmental law issues from his work on federal grazing rights issues for the Western Resources Legal Center.. Originally from rural Central Oregon (near the rafting & fishing town of Maupin), Tate has a great appreciation for the outdoors.
