Jared Crecelius is an associate attorney of Olsen Legal Group, LLC.  Jared is a lifelong resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming attending school throughout his life in Cheyenne and graduating from East High School.  Jared studied business and played varsity tennis at the University of Northern Colorado before attending and graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law.  Jared’s prior legal experience is diverse.  He began his career working for a private firm practicing primarily in civil litigation and domestic relations law.  He then went to work for the State of Wyoming where he represented various state agencies and licensing boards in civil litigation and appellate work.  He then worked for a non-profit organization assisting indigent families in cases involving special education and other matters involving the welfare and well-being of children.  He currently serves as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the Wyoming Air National Guard. Jared is a devoted family man.  He married his high school sweetheart and has three wonderful children; Colin, Tyler and Alyssa.  Jared spends most of his time outside of work coaching his children’s various sporting activities.  He has volunteered in coaching baseball, basketball, football and tennis for various local organizations in Cheyenne.  He currently serves as a board member for the Cheyenne Junior League youth baseball league.  He is very involved with his church and has volunteered in its children’s program.  He enjoys playing sports recreationally and can be found playing softball, volleyball and tennis in the community. Jared’s passion for family is what drives him and what gives him expertise to protect and fight for his client’s interests.

Kerry’s legal career in Idaho started as lead prosecutor for the City of Nampa with a focus on domestic violence cases. She spent ten years working in private practice in Nampa as a family law attorney and child custody mediator. Prior to joining the firm, Kerry served for three years as a magistrate judge in Canyon County. Kerry was awarded the Idaho State Bar Denise O’Donnell Day Pro Bono Award in 2012, the Idaho State Bar Outstanding Service Award in 2014, and served as Third District Bar Association President from 2012-2013.

Laura McGarry was most recently a Lancaster County Assistant County Solicitor representing the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency and Office of Aging. Prior to that, Laura was Legislative Counsel at the Pennsylvania Bar Association advising PBA sections and committees on pertinent legislation and advocating the position of the PBA membership to the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Laura began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Maria Musti Cook of the York County Court of Common Pleas.. Laura is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A 2013 graduate of Penn State Law, she was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Advocacy. While in law school Laura was on the Executive Board of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation, and was a member of the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition Team, Law Lion Ambassadors, and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Laura also served as the President of the Student Bar Association. Laura received her B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business in 2009.. Laura is a past member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, having dedicated a year of full-time service at a maternity home and pregnancy resource center in Washington, D.C.
