Over the past 40 years, the focus of my Boston law practice has been on litigation and trial work in the areas of legal malpractice, business litigation and personal injury.. My law firm is based in Boston, Massachusetts, but I have successfully handled cases in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. However, when a favorable negotiated settlement is not possible, I bring to bear more than 30 years of experience arguing cases at all levels of the court systems in Massachusetts and other New England states.. I frequently handle cases on a contingency basis, meaning there are no attorney fees unless I recover a judgment or settlement in your favor. I have an extensive record of winning positive results for my clients.

I have been practicing law in Little Rock since 1983.  I am married to Helena McGill Schulze, to whom I have also been married since 1983.  We have two sons, Christopher and Benjamin, both of whom are working in the computer field.. I am an amateur linguist who practices law for a living.  The only second language in which I am fluent enough to do business is Spanish, but I know a smattering of a few other languages.. My favorite area of practice is appellate law.  I also enjoy working with expert witnesses on scientific issues.  I do a lot of Social Security disability and personal injury litigation.  I also do some civil rights work from time to time.

I began my legal career as a litigation and bankruptcy paralegal in a Northeast Indiana law firm.  This experience provided me with knowledge of many areas of law, including bankruptcy, family law, criminal law, estate probate and planning, business law and litigation.  I made the decision to attend law school so that I could use expand my legal knowledge and use my skill as a paralegal to help more individuals with legal problems.

In addition to my law license, which allows me to practice in all state courts in Texas, I am also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Western District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
