Andy was twice voted by his teammates as the team’s Most Inspirational Player and, in his senior year, was honored by the Philadelphia Big 5 sportswriters with the Harry Merrill Sportsmanship Award.. After graduating from Temple Law School, Andy served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County for three years where he prosecuted all manner of crime, from Juvenile delinquency up to and including Capital Murder. After leaving the D.A.’s Office, Andy spent a year working for a mid-sized center city firm specializing in civil litigation matters before joining his brother Tony in January of 2002.. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Andy is an accomplished writer. His first novel, What Color Justice, was published in 2005. Andy is also the founder of Phuture Phantoms Youth Basketball, a youth basketball program for kids in the Phoenixville Area School District.. Andy’s happiest accomplishment in life is his family. I am a Criminal Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona and I have been practicing law for 30 years.  I teach other attorneys how to challenge illegal searches. While some attorneys like to advertise that they are "former prosecutors," I am proud to say that I have NEVER been a prosecutor! Prosecutors usually have the evidence on their side so being a defense attorney takes much more ingenuity, preparation and skill.. I'm a native Floridian.  In 1994, I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  In 1997, I graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctor.  While in law school, I represented family law clients as a certified legal intern at the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic.  I was awarded the Book Award for my litigation efforts.  The Book Award is awarded to the highest achiever in the course.  In 1998, I began working for the Office of the State Attorney in Flagler County, Florida.  In 1999, I was awarded the Top Gun Award for Outstanding Trial Attorney. During my tenure as a prosecutor, I handled thousands of cases in the areas of misdemeanor, juvenile, domestic violence, DUI, sexual batteries, drug possession, drug trafficking, and felonies.  I had in excess of fifty jury, and nonjury trials. In 2003, I left the State Attorney's Office to open my own practice where I have been representing clients since.  I have been a licensed title agent with Old Republic Title. I have been a licensed Mortgage Broker.  I was admitted to Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  I am admitted to all state courts.  I have represented clients in Family Law, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and General Civil Litigation.  Let my experience work for you.

Matthew P. After attending Lamar University and obtaining a degree in Criminal Justice, I worked as a paralegal for two years. In doing that work, I discovered a passion for the law and a talent for connecting with people and helping them navigate through legal issues. Taking three years off work to attend law school full-time was not an option for me, so I continued working full-time during the day and attended law school in the evenings at South Texas College of Law in Houston. I graduated law school in 2004 and was hired immediately by a small Beaumont firm whose primary practice area was personal injury defense. I remained with the firm for almost 7 years, eventually branching out to open my own practice focusing primarily on family law. I enjoy the challenges family law brings, but more than that, I enjoy helping my clients navigate through difficult times and giving them the peace of mind of knowing that we will get through whatever transition they are facing together.
