Mr. Yuhl, a native of Los Angeles and a Loyola High School Graduate, earned hisBachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado in1983 where he also served as Assistant Sports Information Director. A graduate of Salem High School, the University of Virginia, and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, Robyn Smith Ellis was a partner with a large law firm in downtown Roanoke, Virginia before establishing Robyn Smith Ellis PLC in the spring of 2008.. Walter D. Whether the particular matter on which I am working involves a trial, an appeal, or a transaction, I believe that the best way to provide valuable and effective representation to my clients is to (1) assist the client in identifying the objective or objectives to be accomplished, and (2) always maintain focus on those objectives. The client's objectives are paramount, and define success in the matter.  And, the success that I am able to achieve is always the result of care, attention to detail, creativity, and experience.

I spend most of my time helping clients set things right after they have been taken advantage of or injured by people or companies who refuse to take responsibility for their actions or to live up to the agreements they've made.  This is an honor and a privilege, and its why I love being a trial lawyer.. I grew up in Montana working in my family's construction company, and moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University. After College I stayed to work as a Transportation Planner with WSDOT until I began practicing law.  I'm glad to call the Inland Northwest my home together with my wife and four children. For the last few years I lived in Grant County but I just recently moved back to Spokane and now our firm has offices in both Grant County and Spokane County. This allows convenient access to our clients throughout Eastern Washington.  When I'm not in court or helping clients, I'm usually riding motorcycles or playing soccer with my kids.
