I was first licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada in 2013. I have practiced as a trial attorney in Nevada since that time, focusing primarily on divorce/custody matters. I was employed as the sole associate of a well-established divorce/custody attorney, who functioned as my mentor.. In early 2017, however, I relocated to the state of Utah, and became licensed there as well. I presently am employed at the Utah law firm of Smart Schofield Shorter, PC, a 13 attorney firm with broad capacity for all types of litigation. Though the bulk of my caseload remains oriented towards family law, I have been expanding to other areas of civil practice as well as criminal practice.. I do still take cases in Nevada, and travel as needed for any court appearances. Whether you live in Nevada or Utah, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your legal issue; the consultation is free!
