Angela H. Elmore has extensive experience in criminal defense, domestic law, Expungements/Pardons, Name/Gender Changes, as well as general civil litigation, practicing in various jurisdictions and courts throughout the State of Utah, as well as the 10th Circuit.. Prior to law school, Angela interned and worked as a clerk at the Salt Lake City Justice Court. Disconcerted by the legal system and its constant mistreatment of marginalized and unrepresented parties, Angela went on to complete her bachelor’s degree so that she could be more involved with the legal system.. After graduation, Angela worked for the Salt Lake County Public Defender’s Office as a legal secretary. Eventually feeling limited in her abilities to help her clients, Angela matriculated into law school and attended the University of Wyoming. After finishing her first year of law school in the top five of her class, Angela transferred to and ultimately graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah..
